The following is Rummysheild.com's Refund Policy (the "Company", "Imperia Solutions") in detail:
Our website doesn't generally offer a full money-back guarantee due to our business line, goods and services. We've also made sure you're kept updated on all actions you take on your behalf, so we think we've minimized human error to a great extent. Within 2 working days, however, if you are unsatisfied with the product that you have purchased from us and have not used it, you may be able to get your money back. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis, in which you might have to provide intent and prove that you were unable to perceive or understand the actions you took during your purchase. After a successful assessment, you might be able to get a full or partial refund within 30 days of purchase.
A refund is not possible after the 2 working day period.

Games Cancellation Settlement Policy
If a Cash Game is cancelled by Rummysheild for any reason, whether it is due to technical errors or due to unfair play by some players;
Points Rummy Cash Games:
If a Points Rummy Cash Game is cancelled, all players' table balances are returned to the amount at the beginning of the cancelled Cash Game, and their accounts are credited back. A similar process is applied to Points Rummy Cash Games when collusion or cheating is detected along with any further action that Rummysheild decides to take against players engaging in such activities as per the Terms.
Pool Rummy Cash Games:
The entry fees less Rummysheild's service charge are divided equally among the remaining players in the event of a cancellation of a Pool Rummy Cash Game. A player who colludes or cheats in Pool Rummy Cash Games is refunded his or her entry fee, and the entry fee paid by a player who colludes or cheats is dealt with as per the Terms and if further action is necessary for Rummysheild's opinion.
Deals Rummy Cash Games
The sum of all entrance fees less Rummysheild's service charge will be distributed to any remaining players in the event of a Deals Rummy Cash Game cancellation. During Deals Rummy Cash Games, players who engage in collusion or cheating are refunded their entry fees; those who engage in collusion or cheating are dealt with according to the Terms, as well as taking such further action as Rummysheild deems necessary.
Cash Variants:
From the entry fee pool, Rummysheild will only collect service charges on entry fees paid by players eliminated until the last completed round, and the rest will go to the qualifiers. Qualifiers from the last completed round will get tickets if tickets are to be given as cash in the cancelled round.
